Article 1 – League Officers

League commissioner: Mark Lancaster. If you are unable to reach the league commissioner, please contact the league creator: Hector Ochoa.

Article II – League Entry & Trophy

The following fees will be collected yearly to finance league prizes. Entry Fee: $200 Total Per Team as of 2022. An owner must submit payment to league commissioner – Cash submissions are strongly discouraged as they do not provide documentation nor validation in case of dispute.

Failure to submit payment before the designated draft day will result in an auto-drafting of the owner’s team. It will be the responsibility of the first placed team to be the steward of the trophy until the next year’s winner is determined. During that period of time the steward may add anything they deem appropriate to the trophy. The league can overrule a trophy addition only by majority vote.

Amendment 2022A: If the steward of the trophy destroys or damages the trophy, they shall pay to replace said trophy.

Amendment 2022C: If a player incorrectly drafts their own keeper, that said keeper will be suspended the first 2 games of the season.

Amendment 2023A: If a player cannot attend the draft in-person or via video conference, they must auto draft; no substitutions are allowed.

Article XII – Amendments

When a league dispute arises, which has not been addressed in the league constitution, a discussion will ensue on possible resolutions. Following the discussion period, the commissioner will create an online poll so that owners can vote on an appropriate course of action. In case of a split decision, the league triumvirate will cast a deciding vote.

Every Year of Jubilee, the league will review the constitution.
